When we went to Fort Davis to see Josh's grandparents, Hogan found this stick. Josh used his pawpaws knife to "skin" it. It is really smooth on the outside. Anyway, Hogan has really taken to it. He played with it the whole time we were there and then insisted that we take it home with us. Now that we are home he plays with it all the time and he sleeps with it. Josh went in to tuck the kids in and called me in there to look at Hogan and his stick. It was just to sweet not to share. So here is Hogan sleeping with his stick (although he is probably dreaming about girls).

How sweet is that... I love these kinds of moments and I can not wait for Pierce's. You capture them so well and they will love that you have all of these stories when they get older... I also love the story about manners... kids are so honest and everyone knows that... sounds like you responded well (better than I would have).
Sweet pictures...I love them!
Sheridan, I wanted to tell your family thank you for the kind gift package that you sent to us. I can't wait to use my spa GC and Brad was THRILLED for his Best Buy card....he ran right out yesterday to by a new football game he was wanting. He was so excited. Thank you for being so thoughtful and thinking of our family...we really appreciate it!
Hugs from Houston!
